Our Cabernet Franc is sourced from the South Okanagan not far from the US border. in 2014 we pulled 6 barrels from 29 that spoke to us in the manner only a reserve wine could. Decanting 1 to 2 hours before serving will only enhanve the special qualities of this wine. Unfiltered and unfined so expect some sediment. Can be cellared for 6-10 years. Pairs well with garlic rosemary pork tenderloin, rost beef, wild game with a zesty red sauce or Camembert cheese.
