New Release - 2023 Rosé
The 2023 vintage started slowly in the Fraser Valley, but the summer brought lots of heat and little rain which allowed our Pinot Noir to ripen beyond it's normal level. We took this opportunity to craft this fruit into this beautiful 2023 Rosé. Bright and juicy aromas of fresh strawberries, papaya and raspberries. The palate brings refreshing acidity and robust berry flavours with lush mouthfeel.
Pair with fruit salads, charcuterie, or enjoy on it's own!
Blend of Fraser Valley Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Gris, 5% Viognier, 1% Chardonnay
