Winemakers Notes: A meticulous blend of 20% Chardonnay, 20% Viognier, 10% Bacchus, 10% Madeleine Angevine and 40% Gewurztraminer assembled post-fermentation to form a seamless blend of aromatics, flavour, texture and mouthfeel.
