2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

Grown exclusively on a mature vineyard on the Eastern slopes of Osoyoos, this site yields a ripe and complete Cabernet with all of the classic calling cards of the varietal. We only bottle this wine in the best vintages and the 2021 vintage was a prime example, yielding a full-bodied and structured wine with spiced notes of clove, nutmeg and cinnamon.  Flavours of red currant, ripe strawberry with a hint of chocolate.
